头发是由什么构成的?
除了水之外,头发还由角蛋白、矿物质、色素和少量脂质组成。
角蛋白是一种富含硫的蛋白质,因为它含有大量的含硫氨基酸(半胱氨酸和胱氨酸)。正是由于角蛋白链之间的硫原子,才可以形成非常强的化学键。这些键称为二硫键,为指甲、体毛和头发提供强度和抵抗力。
头发角化过程受遗传因素调节,也受激素和维生素调节。
头发中的矿物质是人体非常重要的组成部分。事实上,血液中的矿物质含量与头发中的矿物质含量有直接的关系。
头发中的主要矿物质是铁、镁、铜和锌。锌对于基质生发细胞的正常活动尤其重要。事实上,当缺锌时,头发会变弱,生长速度会减慢。
头发中的色素称为黑色素。深色头发中真黑素(棕黑色素)含量较高,而金红色头发中褐黑素(黄橙色素)含量较高。
头发中的脂质(甘油三酯、蜡、磷脂、胆固醇、角鲨烯、游离脂肪酸)来源于附着在毛囊上的皮脂腺产生的皮脂。
头发生长周期
人的一生中,头发不断经历生长期和休止期,因此我们称其为头发生长周期。平均生长周期为2至7年,因此估计每个人一生中每个毛囊会长出约20根头发。
头发生长的三个阶段是:

生长期,即毛发生长的阶段。这是最长的阶段,平均持续数年。
男性头发的脱落周期为 2-4 年,女性为 3-7 年。因此,男性头发的脱落速度是女性的两倍或三倍。由于男性和女性头发的生长长度基本相同,因此男性头发的脱落理论长度约为 30-35 厘米,而女性头发的脱落长度可达 100-120 厘米,这就是为什么女性的头发通常比男性长的原因。 - CATAGEN阶段或退化阶段是生命机能减弱和毛发生长停止的阶段。此阶段持续 2-3 周。
- 休止期,即休止期,是指功能活动完全停止,但头发仍然固定在毛囊上,洗头或梳头时头发最终会脱落。这个阶段平均持续 3-4 个月,标志着新一轮毛发周期的开始。
正常情况下,每脱落一根处于休止期的头发,毛囊就会长出一根处于生长期的新头发,因此头发脱落是自然现象。然而,许多因素会导致头发过度脱落,导致头发变薄,头皮上无毛的区域越来越多。
